Ben Choi
Ben started Ace Choice Realty to run the kind of brokerage he would want to hire: one that answers quickly, explains the numbers, and follows through.
Before opening the firm, Ben worked in mortgage lending and tax and accounting for real estate investors. That background shapes how he advises clients. Before a purchase, he looks at financing, carrying costs, and rental income together. For owners, he treats a rental as a business with statements that make sense at tax time.
Ben lives and works in the Atlanta area and serves clients across Gwinnett County and the surrounding metro.
